Course Description
This hybrid skill-based certificate course introduces learners to the application of organizational psychology in workplace safety management and safety data analysis. The course emphasizes the psychological foundations of safety climate, research-based data collection, statistical interpretation of safety-related data, and literary case analysis using Rabindranath Tagore’s Tasher Desh and Raktakarabi to understand organizational rigidity, leadership, conflict, worker psychology, and safety culture. The program is designed to enhance analytical, managerial, and research skills through practical assignments, case studies, and a capstone project.
