Course Description
This hybrid skill-based certificate course introduces learners to the application of organizational psychology in workplace safety management and safety data analysis. The course emphasizes the psychological foundations of safety climate, research-based data collection, statistical interpretation of safety-related data, and literary case analysis using Rabindranath Tagore’s Tasher Desh and Raktakarabi to understand organizational rigidity, leadership, conflict, worker psychology, and safety culture.
