1. Research & Documentation Associate
Contract Duration: 2 months
Honorarium: Rs. 11,000 (Rs. 5,500 per month)
Educational Qualification:
Minimum qualification is a postgraduate degree (MA / MSc / MPhil) in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Sociology, or other related social science disciplines. Preference will be given to PhD scholars or NET-qualified candidates.
Eligibility Criteria:
The candidate should have a basic understanding of research methodology and psychological theories. Ability to read, summarize, and organize academic literature is required. Familiarity with APA referencing style and working knowledge of MS Word and Google Drive are essential. The candidate should have academic orientation and willingness to learn and work within the Rabindrik Psychotherapy framework.
Job Responsibilities:
Compilation and organization of RPRIT research materials, theories, scales, and course contents. Assistance in literature review, concept note preparation, and research documentation. Formatting of research papers and5 proposals. Maintenance of structured digital research repositories. Preparation of research summaries and abstracts.

2. Digital Outreach & Academic Content Executive
Contract Duration: 1.5 months
Honorarium: Rs. 8,000
Educational Qualification:
Minimum qualification is graduation in Psychology, Education, Mass Communication, Social Sciences, Humanities, or related disciplines. Preference will be given to postgraduate students or graduates with exposure to academic content writing.
Eligibility Criteria:
The candidate should be able to write clear academic or semi-academic content and should have basic design skills using Canva. Familiarity with Facebook and LinkedIn platforms is required. Sensitivity to academic language, ethics, and psychology-based outreach is essential.
Job Responsibilities:
Designing academic posters and creatives for courses, workshops, and research dissemination. Drafting content for academic announcements and research updates. Managing academic social media pages of RPRIT. Supporting promotion of training programs and internships.

3. Enrollment Support Executive
Contract Duration: 1 month
Honorarium: Rs. 6,000
Educational Qualification:
Minimum qualification is graduation in any discipline. Preference will be given to candidates with background in Psychology, Education, or Management.
Eligibility Criteria:
The candidate should possess good communication skills in English and preferably in regional languages. Ability to manage WhatsApp and email communication is required. Basic proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets is essential. The candidate should be organized, responsible, and courteous.
Job Responsibilities:
Handling participant inquiries through WhatsApp and email. Maintenance of enrollment, attendance, and participant records. Coordination of registrations and certificates. Administrative and logistical support during online workshops and training programs.

4. Safety Psychology Data Intern (Stipendiary Contract)
Contract Duration: 1 month
Stipend: Rs. 5,000
Educational Qualification:
Final-year undergraduate or postgraduate students in Psychology, Applied Psychology, Statistics, Data Science, Industrial or Organizational Psychology are eligible. Preference will be given to students with prior research exposure.
Eligibility Criteria:
Basic knowledge of descriptive statistics and questionnaire-based research is required. Working knowledge of MS Excel or Jamovi is essential. The candidate should have interest in Safety Psychology and Industrial Psychology and willingness to work with real industry data.
Job Responsibilities:
Data coding, data cleaning, and data entry. Preparation of descriptive statistical tables and charts. Assistance in analysis of safety psychology datasets. Support to ongoing industrial psychology and safety research projects.
Additional Institutional Support:
Selected candidates will receive experience certificates, letters of recommendation (performance-based), and priority consideration for future RPRIT research projects. Opportunities for research co-authorship may be provided based on contribution and quality of work.
