1. Research & Documentation Associate

  • Contract Duration: 2 Months
  • Honorarium: ₹11k (₹5,5k per month).
  • Qualification: Postgraduate (MA/MSc/MPhil) in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Sociology, or related social sciences. PhD/NET candidates preferred.
  • Eligibility: Basic knowledge of research methodology and psychological theories. Ability to read and summarize academic literature. Familiarity with APA style, MS Word, and Google Drive. Willingness to work within the Rabindrik Psychotherapy framework.
  • Key Responsibilities: Research documentation and material organization, literature review support, formatting of papers/proposals, digital repository maintenance, and preparation of research summaries.

2. Digital Outreach & Academic Content Executive

  • Contract Duration: 2 Months
  • Honorarium: ₹8k (₹4k per month).
  • Qualification: Graduate in Psychology, Education, Mass Communication, Social Sciences, Humanities, or related fields.
  • PG students or candidates with academic writing experience preferred.
  • Eligibility: Ability to write academic/semi-academic content, basic Canva design skills, and familiarity with Facebook & LinkedIn. Sensitivity to academic ethics and psychology-based outreach required.
  • Key Responsibilities: Designing academic posters and creatives, drafting announcements and research updates, managing RPRIT’s academic social media pages, and supporting promotion of courses, workshops, and internships.
3. Enrollment Support Executive

  • Contract Duration: 2 Months
  • Honorarium: ₹6k (₹3k per month).
  • Qualification: Graduate (any discipline). Psychology, Education, Management preferred.
  • Eligibility & Skills: Good communication skills, ability to handle WhatsApp and email, basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge, organized and responsible.
  • Key Responsibilities: Managing participant queries, maintaining enrollment and attendance records, coordinating registrations and certificates, and providing administrative support for online programs.

4. Safety Psychology Data Intern (Stipendiary Contract)
  • Contract Duration: 2 Months
  • Stipend: ₹5k (₹2.5k per month).
  • Qualification: Final-year UG/PG students in Psychology, Applied Psychology, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields.
  • Eligibility & Skills: Basic knowledge of descriptive statistics and questionnaire research, working knowledge of Excel or Jamovi, interest in Safety/Industrial Psychology.
  • Key Responsibilities: Data coding, cleaning, and entry; preparing descriptive tables and charts; assisting in safety psychology data analysis and research projects.
