About RPRIT
Rabindrik Psychotherapy Research Institute Trust (RPRIT) is a recognized institution engaged in research, training, and academic dissemination of Rabindrik Psychotherapy and Value-Based Psychology. RPRIT has developed indigenous psychometric tools, value orientation frameworks, and empirical studies integrating Rabindrik thought with modern psychological sciences. The Trust collaborates with academic institutions, industry, and government bodies to promote applied research in behavioral science, safety psychology, education, and mental health. Recent academic initiatives include online internships, psychometric workshops, and training programs on Rabindrik Values, School Psychology, Behavioral Economics, and Machine Learning in Psychology Research.
About the Project
The Applied Psychometrics project aims to integrate Psychometric Assessment with Rabindrik Value Orientation, focusing on developing and validating psychological tools through empirical data collection and analysis. The project duration is three months, during which students will engage in survey design, data analysis, and value-based interpretation.
Key Responsibilities
• Guide students in project formulation, tool adaptation, and psychometric data analysis.
• Supervise data collection and ensure ethical and methodological rigor.
• Assist in report writing, interpretation, and application of Rabindrik values in findings.
• Participate in project evaluation and viva sessions.
Eligibility Criteria
• Postgraduate degree in Psychology / Education / Behavioral Science.
• Experience in Psychometrics, Research Methods, or Statistical Analysis (Jamovi/SPSS/R) preferred.
• Prior teaching or research experience in Applied Psychology or Psychometric Testing will be an advantage.
Duration and Honorarium
Tenure: 3 months (part-time engagement)
Workload: Approximately 4–6 hours per week (online/offline mode)
Honorarium: ₹10,000–₹15,000 (depending on experience and project hours)
Beneficiaries
The faculty will mentor students enrolled in the Applied Psychometrics Course and support collaborative research under RPRIT. The engagement aims to promote empirical, value-based psychometric research contributing to academic and professional development.
