Syllabus of one month online certificate course on Psychological Safety Consciousness data analysis with MS-Exel and Base R Script

Background
The Rabindrik Psychotherapy Research Institute Trust (RPRIT) is a pioneering institution dedicated to integrating Rabindrik values with modern psychological practices. It focuses on promoting mental well-being, education, and safety psychology through culturally rooted and research-based approaches.

One of RPRIT’s key areas of interest is Psychological Safety Consciousness—the awareness and perception of emotional and cognitive safety in various environments, particularly in workplaces and educational settings. Learning data analysis in this area is essential to identify patterns, measure psychological risks, and develop evidence-based strategies to enhance well-being. Through data-driven insights, professionals can better understand the impact of safety climate, leadership behavior, and emotional intelligence on individual and group performance—leading to more resilient and mentally healthy communities.
