 2.   LEARNING OBJECTIVES-            

·         To develop skills about different theories and concepts of career counselling.

·         This program allows trainee to understand personality and interest profiles of clients of different occupations.

·         This course also helps the participant to assess both personality and interest.

3.ELIGIBILITY- Graduate and post graduate in any discipline of Social sciences from recognized University.

A. Career Ecosystem: Career development ecosystem, Career exploration. 

B. Job Analysis: P-E fit model, Job description, Task analysis, job specification, Checklist and Rating scales, Personnel specification.

C. Personality Theory: Trait and type, OCEAN 

D. Interest Theory: Holland's theory

E. Flow of consciousness: Johari Window, Consciousness window.

F. Personality Assessment: 16 PF, NEO

G. Interest Assessment: RIASEC model

H.Profile Matching: Rank order correlation, rp coefficient,

I. Career integration , Career empowerment, Extended Career, Career planning

5. COURSE FEE: 

 One time nonrefundable Rs 2000.
