·         This programme allows trainee to understand personality and interest profiles of clients of different occupations.

·         This course also helps the participant to assess both personality and interest.

     
 3.ELIGIBILITY- Graduation in Psychology with 55% marks.

·         Lecture-1 Theories of career counselling, Johari window.

·         Lecture-2  Trait  and type theory of Personality: Cattell and Eysenck.

·         Lecture -3 Consciousness theories of Rabindrik Psychotherapy –Consciousness layers,flow theory.

·         Lecture -4 Rabindrik value theories-Path and Goal theories.

·         Lecture-5 Social learning theory-Bandura.

·         Lecture -6 Interest theory-Holland ,Guiford-Jimmerman.

·         Lecture-7 Project Work topic selection.

·         Lecture-8 Basic statistics- Descriptive.

·         Lecture -9 and 10- Correlation using R programming and SPSS.

·         Lecture-11 Measurement- job analysis, job description, job characteristics- Hackman  And Loller.

·         Lecture-12 Job specification and personnel specification.

·         Lecture-13 Assessment- Big five personality inventory .

·         Lecture-14 Assessment- HSPQ .

·         Lecture-15 Assessment- RIASEC.

·         Lecture-16 Project Presentation and evaluation.

5. COURSE FEE: 

There will be two options. First is One time non refundable Rs 5000 to be paid in cash. Second option is payment by instalment (Rs 2500 per month). For sponsored candidates, Rs 6000 only in cash. The amount will be used for tuition and infrastructure costs.
