Fundamental Statistics with R Script and Jamovi
The training integrates Jamovi’s simplicity with R’s versatility. Participants will learn to:
Summarize data (categorical, numerical, and rank).
Apply inferential statistics such as Chi-square, t-tests, ANOVA, and Kruskal–Wallis.
Visualize data effectively using Jamovi and R plotting functions.
Work with measurement scales and formulate/test hypotheses.
Import and export data across software environments.
Objective of course
This 60-hour capacity building training aims to disseminate knowledge of statistical tools and techniques using the Jamovi software and its R Script. Students scoring above 90% will be awarded RPRIT Mentorship status and promoted to guide mentees under the RPRIT mentorship training program.
Qualification
Students from Engineering, Social and Bio Sciences.
