Worksheet for getting grant proposal from RPRIT 

RPRIT regularly grants financial assistance to the college faculty for research. This is at micro and macro levels. Micro focuses on specific, localized issues or small-scale phenomena.Typically addresses community or individual-level Budget and Time (3 months) are in small scale. Macro focuses on large scale with time limit ( 6 months +), often involves complex data collection and analysis techniques.

1. Project Title:
   Provide the title of the proposed project.

2. Principal Investigator (PI):
   Name of the primary researcher leading the project.

3. Co-investigators:
   Names of any additional researchers involved.Partnerships and Collaborations.
List any collaborating organizations or institutions.  What are their roles in the project?  


4. Institution:
   Name of the institution where the project will be carried out. Description and specific institution support.

5. Contact Information:
   Provide phone numbers and email addresses for the PI and co-investigators.

6. Abstract:
   A brief summary (approximately 300 words) outlining the project’s aims, objectives, and expected outcomes.

7. Introduction:
   Introduce the problem or issue the project seeks to address, and explain its significance in the field of social sciences based on Rabindrik Psychotherapy postulates.

8. Objectives:
   List the key objectives of the proposed project. What do you aim to achieve?List 2-5 specific, measurable, and achievable objectives.  

9. Literature Review:
   Provide a review of the existing literature related to the project, showing how the proposed research will contribute to the current body of knowledge.

10. Research Methodology:
    Describe the research design, methods, data collection techniques, and analysis strategies that will be used.

11. Work Plan and Timelines:
    Provide a detailed work plan with a timeline for each stage of the project.

12. Expected Outcomes:
    Outline the expected results or deliverables of the research.

13. Budget:
    Provide a breakdown of the proposed budget, including personnel, equipment, travel, training and workshop and any other expenses.

14. Justification of Budget:
    Explain the need for each budget item and how the funding will be utilized effectively.

15. References:
    Include a list of references cited in the proposal, following an appropriate citation style.

16. Ethical Considerations:
    Outline any ethical considerations related to the research, including how you will address them.

17. Expected Outcomes and Impact: 
- What measurable changes or benefits will result from this project?  
- How will success be evaluated?  

18. Sustainability:
    Describe how the results or outputs of the project will be sustained after the completion of the grant.

19. Dissemination Plan:
    Explain how the results of the research will be disseminated (e.g., publications, conferences, policy briefs).

20. Other Information:
    Any additional information relevant to the grant proposal. For example, Letters of support , Resumes of key personnel, Additional data/research supporting your proposal.

21.Sustainability Plan
- How will the project continue after the grant funding ends?  
- Will there be additional sources of funding or self-sustaining mechanisms?
