Career Assessment Test Internship for undergraduate students in college

RPRIT is offering a 30-hour online internship on Career Assessment using the RIASEC Model, designed for students and professionals interested in career counseling, psychometric testing, and vocational guidance.
Eligibility:
- Psychology, Education, and HR students (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD)
- Professionals interested in career assessment and counseling
Fees:
- ₹2,500 (Includes training materials and certification)
Syllabus:
Module 1: Introduction to Career Assessment (5 hours)
This module covers the theoretical foundations of Holland’s RIASEC Model and its relevance in career counseling. Participants will learn about various career assessment tools and their applications.
Module 2: Career Assessment Test Administration (10 hours)
This module focuses on the practical aspects of administering and scoring career assessment tests based on the RIASEC model. Participants will engage in case studies and role-playing exercises to gain hands-on experience.
Module 3: Interpretation and Report Writing (10 hours)
Participants will learn how to analyze test results, create career profiles, and write professional career assessment reports. The module will also address ethical considerations in career counseling.
Module 4: Practical Application and Career Guidance (5 hours)
This module includes discussions on real-life cases and mock counseling sessions. Participants will practice career counseling techniques based on RIASEC profiles and learn how to provide effective guidance.
Certification:
Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion upon successfully finishing the internship.
