Research internship of RPRIT, non-profit oriented Academic trust, is of both paid and unpaid. Paid internship is for trained persons. It is negotiated with another organisation. Findings will be beneficial to both RPRIT and other institution. RPRIT will assist the candidate. Unpaid research internship provides much experiences to the candidates in research. It is not negotiable with other institution. Aim is to present paper in the conference or publication in the referred journals.
Title of the Project: Rabindrik Value Survey
Background : Rabindrik Psychotherapy Research Institute Trust (RPRIT), registered non profit oriented Academic trust aiming at research on Rabindrik Psychotherapy Postulates and vision of Rabindranath Tagore. Institute regularly published articles in research journals through research internships. Interns receive training from the main or main and collaborative institutes. Recently, RPRIT has been engaged in collaboration with ABBS School of Management, Bangalore for Research internship on ' Rabindra Sangeet based Individual value orientation stability in the Managers'. Findings will be useful in Value based training for the managers.
Studying individual value orientations is important because a substantial body of research indicates that particular patterns of value orientations predict world views and, hence, can in turn predict behavior at the workplace. There has been extensive researches on universal value orientations. Rabindra sangeet based value orientations is following universality. Universal value orientations are useful for better prediction in everyday life as it is free from culture.
Description of Research internship
Objectives: To examine test retest reliability of individual value orientations in managers and teachers of the Management institute. Here teacher's data will be used for comparative analysis.
Method:
Timeline
Review of literature (2 weeks).
Questionnaire item construction ( 2 weeks).
Data collection (2 weeks)
Data analysis and report writing (2 weeks).
Timeline may be extended depending upon the work status.
B. Participants : Data will be collected from 40 Sr. managers and 40 Sr. teachers two times with one week interval.
C. Tool: Questionnaire measuring value orientations.
D. Data analysis: Relevant bi-variate and Multivariate statistics will be used for analysis of data.
D. Expected results: There will be high test and retest reliability coefficient in value orientations. And reliability coefficient may be varied between the groups.
E. Outcome: Findings will be published in some referred journals.

Qualifications: Master degree in Social sciences/ Management from recognized University or Institute.
Required Skills : Ability to do literature review, data collection , analysis and report writing. Well conversent with R-studio based data analysis and data visualization.

Pay for the position: Negotiable.
Tenure
of appointment: 2 to 3 months.
Age
The age limit is 35 years (as on 12 December 2022) with usual relaxation as per
Government of India norms. Age may be relaxed further for exceptionally
suitable candidates with relevant experience for the project. Potential
