Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support: Assist in various administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining academic records.

2. Classroom Assistance: Collaborate with professors to provide support during lectures, labs, and workshops. Help prepare teaching materials, distribute resources, and assist with student inquiries.

3. Student Guidance: Offer guidance and support to students regarding academic matters, including course selection, registration, and study techniques. Act as a point of contact for student inquiries and provide referrals to relevant resources.

4. Research Assistance: Assist faculty members in research projects, data collection, literature reviews, and data analysis. Contribute to the preparation of research papers, presentations, and grants.

5. Event Coordination: Contribute to the planning and coordination of academic events, conferences, and workshops. Help manage logistics, coordinate guest speakers, and ensure smooth execution.

6. Technology Support: Assist with the utilization of educational technologies, learning management systems, and multimedia tools. Help troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance to students and faculty members.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Social Sciences, Humanities, etc.). A master's degree is a plus.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in using productivity software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite) and educational technologies.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Previous experience in an academic setting or similar role is desirable.
