E. *Job responsibilities*:
1. Assisting all the course co-ordinators through work scheduling - contacting resource persons, schedule fixing, examination conducting.
2. Forming curriculum committee for modification of course content.
3. Book keeping and tracking the payment to resource persons, academic assistants, the institute.
4. Promoting new and existing courses.
5. Facilitating symposium/ Workshop/ Seminar/Conference etc.
F. *Personnel specification*
Candidate must be first class in Post graduation from recognized university.
1. Ability to teach to PG qualified people.
2. Ability to make adequate marketing.
3. Ability to facilitate RPRIT and its courses in the National and International countries.
4. Ability to coordinate persons of different categories.
5. Ability to offer online teaching, accounting and marketing.
6. Ability to represent RPRIT in Public domain.

Rabindrik Psychotherapy Research Institute Trust is non-profit oriented Academic trust registered under Indian Trust Act 1882. It is located in Kolkata. The trust is managed by 5 trustees and the Academic council.
Trust provides skill development courses and few Academic courses following vision of noble laureate Rabindranath Tagore and the principles of Rabindrik Psychotherapy.
Some courses are - Applied Psychometrics, School Psychology, Forensic Psychology. Trust provides Internship on Questionnaire construction in Organizational Psychology, Statistical analysis of data. Each course is managed by Academic assistant.
Trust is interested to select Part-time project linked virtual course co-ordinator for co-ordinating different courses. The job will be temporary depending upon project life.
Job Description
1. Assisting all the course co-ordinators through work scheduling - contacting resource persons, schedule fixing, examination conducting.
2. Forming curriculum committee for modification of course content.
3. Book keeping and tracking the payment to resource persons, academic assistants, the institute.
4. Facilitating new and existing courses.
5. Facilitating symposium/ Workshop/ Seminar.
6. Offering research internship for writing book, research papers for journals and conferences.
7. Offering one academic course with syllabus, timeliness as per format.
Remuneration:
RPRIT follows remuneration by percentage.
40% to Academic assistants.
10% to Virtual course co-ordinator.
50% to Trust.
Personnel specification
