Day 3. Allied theories of Positive Psychology - Bandura's model of self efficacy.
Day 4. Allied theories of Positive Psychology - Seligman's PERMA model.
Day 5. Brain, Endocrine and Positive neuroscience.
Day 6. Theories of Positive cognitions, Transaction analysis.
Day 7.Theories of Motivation - Csíkszentmihályi outlines of flow theory.
Day 8.Flow theory in Rabindrik Psychotherapy - Flow characteristics, flow quotient, flowgram analysis.
Day 9.Value theory : Path and goal oriented positive values in Rabindrik Psychotherapy. Value management.
Day 10. Metaphor :Characteristics, types, impact on consciousness.
Day 11. Assessment theories in Rabindrik Psychotherapy
Day 12. Presentation of Dissertations and evaluation reports.
C. Course fee : One time non-refundable. It will be used for infrastructural support.

G. Pedagogy : Performing arts, lecture and demonstration. Dissertation should be completed by the research guide assigned. 75% attendance is required.
