Currently, the Rabindrik Psychotherapy Research Institute Trust generates funds from registration fees for various training courses. These funds will be utilized to provide stipends for fellows and support the implementation of the School Psychology Fellowship. Additionally, the following funding strategies will be implemented:
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Grants: Collaborate with corporate entities willing to fund education and mental health initiatives.
Government Grants & Schemes: Apply for government programs supporting mental health in schools and educational psychology.
Educational Institutions & Universities: Partner with universities for funding support through research grants and student scholarships.
Crowdfunding & Public Donations: Launch online campaigns to engage the public in funding the initiative.
NGO & Foundation Collaborations: Partner with NGOs and international foundations focused on child welfare and psychological well-being.
Expansion of Paid Training Modules: Offer additional certification courses and specialized training for educators and counselors, generating further revenue for the fellowship.
Alumni Contributions: Establish a network where former fellows contribute financially or mentor new fellows.
8. Scalability & Future Prospects
After successful implementation, the program can be expanded to multiple cities, with RPRIT seeking collaborations with educational boards, CSR initiatives, and policymakers to integrate Rabindrik School Psychology into national frameworks.
This pilot project serves as the foundation for a long-term intervention model integrating psychology, education, and Rabindrik values. Further refinement can be made based on feedback and resource availability.
