Rabindrik Psychotherapy Research Institute Trust or RPRIT trains people in 4 things - Teaching, Accounting, Marketing and Research through the program of Academic assistantship. 

The institution is inviting Project linked Academic assistants for its projects on Course dissemination and on Research.

Course dissemination Project

This project involves dissemination of knowledge related to skill development.

Job responsibilities

1. Teaching: 

1.1Teaching students through online mode (zoom or Google meet, Whatsapp and in Google classroom).

1.2 Regular Assessment of student performance through interaction and Quizzes.

1.3. Record your presentation and distribute to students and larger community through RPRIT you tube.

1.4. In PowerPoint presentation, use more charts, graphics, images in association with text.

1.5  Evaluation and mark sheet cumulative certificate preparation.

2.Administrative and finance 

2.1 Regular management of classroom and record attendance. 

2.2. Preparing double entry accounts (Credit 3 Debit and Balance).

2.3. Arrangement of internal and external Resource persons with their accounts. Total expenses will be within the budget.

2.3. Conducting written examination and Viva voce with one Academic council member or GB member. Academic assistant will submit final proceedings to the Authority.

3. Marketing 

3.1. Academic assistant will market the course in social media or academateic collaboration or through webinar, workshops, symposium, conferences.

3.2. Academic assistant will design the advertisement for candidate selection and course promotion. 

4. Research 

RPRIT invites intellectual inputs in the form of Technical Reports/ Dissertation/Project reports/ Book chapter/Journal publications/Conference presentation. Academic assistant will take initiative to submit the report in collaboration with the students. In this connection, project linked Academic assistant will submit one project plan to the Institute. 

Probation period 

Minimum 3 months Probation period will be provided to selected Academic assistants. In this Probation period, candidates will get Rs.1000 per month. In probation period, they will be trained with different activities of the institute like academic collaboration, training manual writing, workshop conduct, teaching, accounting, marketing etc. There will be fixed honorarium for the same. For the good work, they will be recognized properly. They will work under the academic course coordinator.

Based upon their performances, they will be offered Academic assistant position. 

All the Academic assistants will follow basic values and mottos of the Rabindrik Psychotherapy Research Institute Trust .
