PROBATION PERIOD OF PROJECT LINKED ACADEMIC ASSISTANT.


Project linked Academic assistant should have competencies in Academic leadership including virtual teaching, writing technical reports, you tube video management, research, basic accounting, organizing and conducting workshops/ symposium/ Conference, student-centric motivational programs and marketing products or services.


Before assigning project linked Academic assistant position, new candidate will be engaged in 3 months curriculum development internship as 'Intern for Project linked Academic Assistant'. Internship includes teaching, research, accounting, marketing services. Intern will be awarded Rs.1000.per month.

Objectives of Curriculum development internship 
Work closely with the Curriculum Development team to design and develop curriculum and e-learning materials that provide students with high-quality and positive learning experiences. In this connection, interns will be trained with some research and administrative activities. The training activities may be changed as per requirement.

Syllabus of Internship

1. First month exercises:
1.1. Period: 2 weeks 
1.1.1.  Content writing of 20 YouTube videos. Word limit will be 550. (2 Weeks)
• Definition of 5 keywords.(5×10=100 words.
• 4 paragraphs (4×100 words).
• 5 Exercises (5×10 words).
1.2 Period: 2 weeks
1.2.1 Content writing on 4 papers.
• Each paper includes  5 units. Each unit will be in 300 words. Total (5 units x 300 ×4 papers=4500 words).

Intern will study student satisfaction and curriculum design for the welfare of students and teachers in Rabindrik Psychotherapy Research Institute Trust. They will submit report to the institution.
3.2. Period: 2 weeks 
• Project proposal writing.
• Small project management and report submission.
